As a rule, we implement the savings measures identified in the energy consulting process ourselves on behalf of the customer. This requires planning beyond the conventional technical building systems. Because the construction activities are always carried out in existing buildings and usually during ongoing operations, the planning must include drywall construction, fire protection and legal regulations, as well as measures before and after construction. We use well-known professional software solutions for the design and the energy assessment. This also applies to the dynamic consideration of the energy systems in a building.
